What if I would like to refund or exchange a product I've purchased on your Website?A full refund, or an exchange of equal value if preferred, is guaranteed for customers returning unopened products within 15 days of purchase or delivery.
Products purchased from Digisaurus.co.uk or by telephone can be returned within 48 hours, under the distance selling regulations.
Faulty products within the manufacturer's guarantee period will be repaired for free by a member of our dedicated team of professionals.

My product works fine but it just doesn't suit my needs. Can I have a refund?You have a right (under the UK Distance Selling Regulations) to cancel your contract for any of the items you order within seven working days of the day we deliver them to you. This only applies to products bought via Digisaurus.co.uk or over the telephone, however, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations and return of pre- recorded videos, DVD, audio, video game or software products if the seal on the item has been broken.
How do I return an item?You should contact Digisaurus.co.uk customer services who will advise on the easiest course of action.
How do I know whether you have a product in stock?Digisaurus.co.uk is updated daily to include products which are currently in stock in our warehouses or available from our suppliers. If a product is not in stock on a particular day, it will not be displayed.
Can I specify a delivery date?We aim to deliver goods within two working days normally but we can deliver on the specified dates (Monday-Friday) wherever possible.

Unopened products:If you bought a product, or received it as a gift, and decide that you do not require it you can return it within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as the packaging is unopened.
Opened products:If you bought your product online or by telephone, and are not completely satisfied with your purchase , please call customer service within seven days giving the appropriate reason for your dissatisfaction.
