Safety:- Recommended operation: 250 RPM. Do not exceed 600 RPM.
- Limit torque to 10 Nm. Too much torque will damage the brush.
- The shaft of the brush must be completely inserted into the adapter of the drill.
- Synthetic brushes are not suitable for sensitive or damaged surfaces.
- Please check suitability of the synthetic brush on a concealed area first.
- Use gloves and safety goggles to protect from cleaning fluid spray.
- Protect any electrical parts from moisture.
Application:- For heavily soiled wheels use the synthetic brushes first.
- For maximum cleaning performance and minimal bristle wear move the brush lightly without applying excessive pressure when working on surfaces and in hollow spaces.
- Follow the shape of the rim when using the rotating brush and avoid tilting or twisting the brush.
- Alternate between clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation of the brush.
- The thread-like shape of the bristles will encourage the brush to move back and forward easily.
- Make sure that the protective cap at the top is not damaged or twisted.
- Remove blocked brushes only through rotation.
Caring for your Brushes:- Clean all brushes immediately after use with water and a standard household cleaner.
- For oil or grease stained brushes use oil dissolving agents (e.g. wheel cleaner).
- Place distorted brushes in warm water within 10 minutes after use.
- Do not leave them to dry on their bristles.
- Replace brushes which show damage or have lost too many bristles.
Safety Disclaimer:We accept no liability for damage caused by improper use and by using worn or damaged brushes. The electric drive is always to be protected from moisture.
